How do I schedule an appointment?

You can leave a confidential voicemail at (203) 221-8377.   Or, click here if you would like to book an appointment or  contact me.  ______

I will get back to you within 24 hours.

Non-emergency calls received on the weekend might not be returned until the following Monday. If you prefer, you can also contact me by using the email on the contact page. However, both the security and prompt delivery of email cannot be guaranteed. Therefore, please do not include sensitive clinical information in emails and never use email in an emergency

What is your cancellation policy?

I have a standard 24-hour cancellation policy. I ask that you give me at least 24-hours notice if you will be unable to make a scheduled session, otherwise you will still be charged the full session fee. Please note that insurance generally does not reimburse for missed sessions and in these situations you will be responsible for the full session fee.

Do you accept insurance?

I am currently not an in-network participating provider for medical insurance. Please note that many health insurance plans will reimburse the insured individual for some portion of the out-of-network outpatient psychotherapy fee. To determine the extent of your particular coverage, please read your health insurance contract carefully and call the benefits department at your insurer directly.

You may want to contact your insurance company and ask the following questions:
Do I have out-of-network coverage for outpatient psychotherapy (procedure code 90834, 90837)? If yes, continue below:
“What is my deductible?” “What percentage of the fee is reimbursable?” “Is there a maximum number of sessions covered per year?” “Do sessions require prior authorization?
